What makes BlaqPanel different from other hosts?

Performance (OpenLiteSpeed support), different UI and workflow style, awesome features for managing sites and servers.

Also different business model and provided support tiers. Just totally different vibe overall.

What’s the refund policy?

No refunds, but you can cancel anytime and server runs till end of billing cycle. (All plans are month-to-month.)

How does BlaqPanel support work?

We offer free and paid support. Free support is just docs and FB group, sufficient for most people.

If you need personal attention, purchase a paid ticket or support plan. This keeps pricing low for experienced users while providing better support for those who can’t wait.

Any known bugs or BETA-release issues?
  • UI still kinda ugly in some places.
  • See full list of known bugs (updated several times daily).
  • Still more bugs not listed but we’re fixing many already. Not yet perfect, but I wouldn’t be releasing this if I wasn’t confident of it. 😉
Can I connect my own servers to BP?

No. That feature is hard to build in right now and IMO, not unnecessary. Servers are purchased through our account and we give you full root access already.

Currently, the only provider option is Linode (my favorite). We might offer UpCloud later and that’s it. Not interested in DO, Vultr, GCP, AWS.
