We love you. We really do. But we’re also human and have limitations to what we can do (and promise). Please read carefully so no there is no miscommunication or hard feelings working together. By purchasing a support ticket or support plan, you are agreeing to the following:

Terms & Conditions of our support service (Support Ticket & Support Plan).

  • Massive issues may cost extra to repair. And a satisfactory repair is not always guaranteed!
  • We have the right to refuse service any time for any reason.
  • Tickets are handled as soon as we can. Some days fast, some days slow.
  • Some issues specific to a theme or plugin cannot be fixed by us, and can only be dealt with through the theme or plugin’s development company.
  • We are not responsible for problems you cause.

Terms & Conditions of our Support Ticket service.

  • We do not refund once we diagnose your issue.
  • Site migrations must be done all at once. You cannot submit some sites at first, and then some more sites later. (It will have to be a new order.) Mass site migrations (20 or more) require server access. We are not responsible for updating your DNS records (unless agreed to otherwise).

  • There are no refunds (not in full or pro-rated).
  • Multiple tickets opened for the same issue will be closed immediately.
  • Multiple issues opened within the same ticket may be overlooked/missed.
